Overview

The website farmersmarkethawaii.com (the "Site") is operated by FARMERS MARKET HAWAII ("FMHI", "we", "us" or "our"), based in Hawaii, USA. By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that lets us sell our products to you.

1. Using the Site

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have permission from a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the Site or our products for any unlawful purpose, and not to interfere with the Site's security or operation, upload harmful code, or scrape or copy the Site's content.

2. Products

We sell apparel and athletic wear, including shirts, tanks, crop tops, hoodies and zip-ups. Many of our products are released as limited drops and are available only while supplies last. We do our best to show product colors and details accurately, but colors may look different depending on your screen. Sizing information is provided as a guide; please check it before you order.

3. Prices and orders

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless your currency is shown otherwise at checkout. Prices and availability may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, or limit quantities, for example if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or product error, or if we suspect fraud or reselling. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund your payment.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, including your email and shipping address.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds unless there was an error on our end, as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the FARMERS MARKET HAWAII name, logos, designs, graphics, photos, videos and text, belongs to FMHI or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

If you send us comments, ideas, reviews, photos or other material, you give us permission to use, edit and share it without obligation to you. You are responsible for anything you submit, and it must not be unlawful, abusive or infringe anyone's rights.

The Site may link to third-party websites and services, such as YouTube or social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
